What is a transfer?

How to book a transfer?

Booking our transfer is very simple! Go to the home page on our site and fill out the booking form. You need to specify the time, date, flight number (if the transfer is from the airport), and your contact details to receive confirmation of the transfer. Our operator will contact you within 10 minutes.

What happens if my flight or train is delayed?

Don’t worry. Our driver is able to track the status of your flight or train. We will not charge you more if you tell us that the flight is delayed.

How long will you wait for the customers at the airport or train station?

We wait for our customers 60 minutes after the plane has landed or 30 minutes at the train station.

When should I pay for the transfer?

You pay at the end of the service.

Can I add extra stops to my transfer booking?

Yes, you can have as many stops on the way as you like. We charge for the final distance. You can indicate it in the “Additional Information” space and our manager will send the total price.

Can I change my booking?

Yes you can. Simply email us and we will make any change you want.

Are the prices shown per person or per vehicle?

All the prices you see are per a vehicle and do not change according to the number of passengers.

Payment

Will the price change?

Our prices are fixed and remain exactly as indicated in the order form.
